Center for Coordination of Research - International Federation of Catholic Universities (CCR-IFCU), Paris, France, together with Research Institute of Assumption University (RIAU), Bangkok, Thailand, will organize an international meeting to explore and disseminate research result for the research project "University and Drugs UseIAbuse: Local Studies in Latin America and Asia" under the theme "The Contribution of Scholars to the Public Debate on Drugs: From Local Studies to International Exchange" on November 27, 2008 at Wiset Sri Samutra Hall, Cathedral of Learning, Assumption University (Suvarnabhumi Campus) and on November 28 - 29, 2008 at Hall of Fame, Coronation Hall, Assumption University (Hua Mak Campus).

The participants to the meeting are 4 personnel of management level from IFCU, 10 researchers from 5 Asian countries, 10 researchers from 5 Latin-American countries, and 6 academic scholars, as well as 4 knowledgeable interpreters from the EU.
